All sales are final and no refunds are given.
Colfax Rock honors return and exchange requests within 7 business days of shipment receipt, and only for defective items. Please notify us of these issues at merch@2xxp.com
Items must have original packaging, to be eligible for return and exchange.
Generally speaking, sale items, limited editions, and pre-order items do not qualify for return or refund, due to their limited stock. Exchange items are not guaranteed to be in-stock.
As always, please reach out to us to see what we can do for you in these cases!
